Believe me that this phone is not made for the mid-west as there is a little more humidity and the camera will stop functioning. This is what happened to me.

It is very sensitive so you can't use it in the bathroom, near kitchen, around the swiming pool or in rainy weather.

This is what happend with me - a new telephone within three weeks camera stopped functioning and as per T-Mobile it is becuase of humidity. Make sure that when you buy it look for a small rounded shape sticker beneath the battery, to the top right corner. If has pink spots than it is because of humidity.

The processor is terribly slow and very little memory will make you frustated. The voice recognition/voice commands are worst. The material from which it is made also very prone to looking oily and dirty. Another problem is with its stylus which seems very loose and thin as well. Oh one more problem - one of the accessory which has two mini USB ports should have a 3.5 inch audio jack, which currently is not there. So how you are going to use it in your car? Off course spend 15 extra dollars to have mini usb to 3.5" audio jack. The syncronization process is very slow. There is also a sliding problem - I mean it is loose and while planning to take picture you will find that it moves when you don't want it to move.
