The Nokia 6010 is quite suited to people who do not expect any thing more than basic functions out of their phones. The basic functions are all well packed in to a simple but neat looking appearance. The color is a silvery white and offers a candy bar design. The model is sleek enough for comfortable use and has a dimension of 4.6 inches in length and 1.9 inches wide. The weight is about 4 ounces. It supports only GSM 1900 band width. The phone can support conference call facilities, and also offers call waiting options and text message waiting options. The color of the display supports 4096 colors and has white illuminated back ground. The display is LCD and has a resolution of 96 X 65. There is a facility to store over 500 contacts in the phone book. Also entertain yourself by listening to the FM radio. Or you may choose to play games like Back gammon, bowling, Air glide and sky glider which are all pre loaded on the phone. There is a basic calculator and facilities for alarm, vibrating alert, call timing etc.

Bottom line:

A typically basic phone designed only to offer the minimalistic functions which are required to make a phone usable. But not a very minimalistic phone too, because of the provision for radio and games which surely add to the entertainment factor.
