I have been amazed at my little Motorola Q, because I didn't know it would be so easy to use. It has a lot of keys when you first see it, but then when you're working with it, it become so second nature that you wonder how other people even function without one of these! The battery in mine has been holding up amazingly, even through days of very high usage, so i've been very happy with my Q.
