It's proven more durable than any phone i've had in the past... along with that, it's got a great keypad on it that actually prevents any mis-typing of the phone numbers. This has proven very valuable for me, as I have a tendency to get ahead of myself when punching in a number. Also, the view screen on this one appears bigger than most other phones, and it's a very clear screen, very nice.
