It is great phone, crystal clear calls, easy to use. I give Nextel/Spring a 1 on their customer service, since it took me a 2 weeks to get the thing activated, was told couldn't activate because of where I lived, that service wasn't available in this area, and FINALLY I get the to backdoor number to the Sprint Powersource people (who answered the phone first ring) and they hooked me up ASAP. Whatever you do don't call that stupid 800 number that puts you on hold for hours and then disconnects you.
