If You Receive the Wrong Item
If we've made an error in your order and you receive the wrong product, notify us within seven days of receiving your package via the Customer Service Center and we'll send you a replacement right away.
Damaged in Shipping
If your delivery package was damaged during shipping/transit, let us know via the Customer Service Center and we'll send you a replacement immediately.
After you place your order you can find out what the status of your order is and where your shipment is located with our real-time online order tracking.
On Saturday and Sunday FedEx does not provide Express delivery. We do offer alternative shipping methods for those instances where if for example your order is placed on a Friday afternoon and your shipping address is close to our distribution center, we might ship your order with FedEx Home Delivery ground shipping which will permit a Saturday delivery. In either case you will receive a shipping tracking number and have access to our real-time online order tracking.
