Hi,

I'm just learning about how PDA's work and can't seem to figure out what service providers you would use to get internet service on a Pocket PC type PDA. I've been researching all over the internet and only find the PDA's that are also cell phones. I just want a PDA with an organizer, word, excel and the ability to check my email on the go. I have a great new cell phone already and don't want a new one with the PDA. I was wondering which company would I have to check into for the internet connectivity and their service plans before I decide to buy? Thanks for any info! Smile

yes, you can get internet service on a Pocket PC type PDA. we have Connection cards compatible with:

* Microsoft Windows 98SE/2000/ME/XP PC with a Type II PC Card slot

* -or-

* Select Windows Pocket PC devices equipped with a Type II PC Card slot, including:
Compaq IPAQ 3600-3700 series
Compaq IPAQ 3800-3900 series
Compaq iPAQ 5400 series
HP Jornada 567
Tablet XP OS
Cassio E200 Pocket PC 2002
HP Jornado 720 Handheld PC 2000

For Businesses needing connectivity on a PDA or a laptop, these cards are generally low cost and in some cases free when signing up for a data plan.
