 I am really upset about Palm Support!!!
One thing is that you buy a PDA knowing that it is not compatible with an accesory, phone, etc..
But they have the big face to tell me that their PDA (Tungsten E) IS compatible with the Siemens S40 phone, have the drivers, and the connection doesn't work (no PhoneLink nor Directly specifying the Connection). The lady at Support told me that I do not have to use PhoneLink ( then why include a software that doesn't work????) we realized a Connection directly, that obiously doesn't worked (Modem not found error) and she LIED to me telling me that the problem is that I do not have the DNS specified, I told her that in my m505 I have the same configuration and worked well. And she told me that if we do not have solved this then Palm cannot support me anymore. That this issue is a first, and the posted problems in PDA forums, aren't true.:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
