I just recently lost the data on my Visor (out of battery) while I was upgrading from Win2k to WinXP, fortunately I made restoration CDs while I was in Win2k so I was able to go back to Win2k (including the Palm Desktop applic). However, prior to that I did create a new account in the Visor when new batteries were available, so now that I want to do a synch it only gives me the option to create a new account in the computer. All this just because of a lower case "d"!!!
How can I get to copy all the data from one account to another?
Or replace one account for another?
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated,
