French Court Will Decide Whether To Send The Ban To iPhone 4S On December 8

ON November 20, according to foreign media reports, recently, Samsung (microblogging) France Paris filed a lawsuit against iPhone 4S patent infringement of its mobile technology. The court will decide whether to release of the iPhone 4S ban on December 8.

This case involved the supply of parts from the high-pass, and Apple said the company has passed the appropriate access to Qualcomm's licensing this technology.

U.S. patent blog site Foss Patents writer Florian - Muller (Florian Mueller) think that Samsung is unlikely to obtain the temporary injunction. "My prediction is that Paris rejected the trial court is likely to be Samsung's litigation." He said.

Muller believes that the contract of Apple and Qualcomm are likely to have covered the relevant patent, so it should not infringe Samsung patents.

Apple and Samsung have been started patent legal battle in the world and more months. Both sides have sued each other for patent infringement, and launched a corresponding action. German court has released the ban to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet, but the Samsung still hopes to appeal against this ruling.
