Is it safe to buy a cell phone on Ebay? What are things to look out for, things to avoid, "need to know's"?
I don't know what all the acronyms mean. What are GSM and OEM?
I am in FL USA. Do I need to watch for anything specific for a US phone?
The prices just seem too good to be true and before I risk the money I would be very grateful for some basic advice to avoid being ripped off or buying a phone I can't use.
I use my cell phone all the time. I have no house phone, only a cell phone so I need one with excellent reception and good solid quality. I don't care about the text messaging, music or pictures, just a good solid phone with good clear reception. I also prefer a larger phone as opposed to one so small I can't find it...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
