I am facing a problem. I have sony W810i phone. I dropped it in pool. I am tring to dry it by heating it wih a light bulb. I cannot open it i.e. dismantle it. I have removed ts battrey and sim card. Please advice me what to do. I appreciate your help and the time you have put n in reading this post. Thanks a lot Vikram
I don't have the same phone but i"ve had kids drop it in rain puddles and soak it. Can you unscrew it at all? If not try the best you can to let it dry but DON'T turn it on until it is ALL dry. Turning it on is what shorts it out if it isn't dry. Lay it on a towel so all the water comes out and try blow drying it.
