I just got my first cell phone, Virgin with top-up card (prepaid). I realized too late that I have to pay also for incoming calls. So I'd like to switch to another provider which can be cheaper. Do you know if it's possible without buying a new cell phone (using the Virgin one)? Do you know of any prepaid plan where you are not charged for incoming plans? Thanks for any tips. Anne
