my phone is being weird. first, when it was cutting off, it started beeping, said "resetting...." and turned back on, then it did this a second time. another time, it started scrolling up and down on the contact list by itself. now, even though it's not on silencer mode, when i turn it off, the little VM jingle doesnt play, wtf is wrong? should i just take it back to the store?
I would. If you got your Virgin Mobile at a Sprint store, many of them offer repair service, or if it is still under warranty, then you may be eligible for a replacement if it's not fixable.
Check your Terms on your phone and know where you stand before you go in. Take your receipt and any supporting paperwork. Know what to ask for, but be flexible if it's not something that can be fixed, try to negotiate up for a better phone. Ask for credits on your bill or free addons; you may or may not get them, but you definitely won't if you don't ask. It's worth a try!

well my mom got a two year warrantee on it from best buy, so if i end up taking it back, i'm not getting virgin mobile again since i hate them anyway. so if we do have to take it back, i'll try and convince my mom to add me to her verizon plan.
well here's what happened, we didnt take it back, we have the two year warranty on it, so they're sending us a voucher for 120 dollars, and i'll add money to that, then i'll buy a verizon phone, i'm still waiting for the voucher though
so we're taking the phone back sometime this weekend, i'll post what happened lol
