I just read that virgin is going to be offering a phone to low-income people, which costs 10 bucks for 120 minutes. Im not exactly low-income but im sure as hell not rolling in dough either as a college student and i dont think it is fair for them to offer this deal to only certain people.

Did you check out the requirements to see if you qualify? They can be found at http://www.lifeline.gov/lifeline_Consumers.html. Also, Virgin Mobile recently announced an unlimited prepaid calling plan for $49.99 and several other great deals.(http://news.cnet.com/...lp-ease-your-wallet/)

If you talk or text a lot, one of these would probably be a great choice!
