Verizon in an effort to keep pace with other carrier's efforts in establishing specialized network resellers targeting the Hispanic market, has rolled out a complete website featuring it's internet service Get It Now, in Spanish. This online presentation to Spanish speaking customers is in addition to a primary Spanish site. Cingular, Sprint , Tmobile and Nextel all have part or all of their websites mirrored in Spanish, but the efforts of Verizon are ahead of the game online. How important is the internet as a primary contact with your carrier? How would you rate it as compared with Customer Service or with other means of connecting customers with their carriers? ---------------------------------------------- Habla Espanol?
