Verizon is screwing me...help me get a new phone

I am 17 and my samsung 670 just broke. it should be under the one year warranty but because my attenta (which broke a month ago) is gone it was claimed to be abused and i would have to pay full retail for a new phone.

if anyone has any used verizon cell phones (preferably a camera or newer model) i would be greatly interested...

In addition to that, Verizon Customer service may have refurbished phones available at a fairly reasonable rate.

Well, this is new, but maybe you are up for an upgrade. The HTC Incredible is free at Dell, plus free activation. Super good deal. Great phone, awesome camera. Check it out here.
