I've been with Verizon now for 2 years and despite a few complaints I've been pleased all around. My one biggest complaint as of late has been the absence of a Bluetooth enabled phone when I went in to upgrade. Sure enough, Verizon just announced they will be carrying a brand new line from Motorola with Bluetooth as well as many other hot features! I can't wait.

That motorola bluetooth is very expensive, nokia has less expensive options, not sure how they are. I was not happy with my last few motorolla phones, been much happier with my LG's. I have considered leaving Verizon because of the only one offerring for bluetooth, as I really want a wireless headset (wires always bet caught up somewhere when driving).....My research indicates that while cingular has great plans they do not have great CS or coverage. Wonder what other have found out?
