So what gives here? T-Mobile charges me to receive text messages? I can understand charges to send, but to receive a text message sent from the internet? This is not the cell phone industry standard. I have receive a couple of messages sent from the internet and I do not know who the heck sent it. I see the proliferation of unwanted spam going to cell phones soon. I do not want to pay for that crap. I visited a T-Mobile store to ask them (sales folks, I know, not the right skills) if there was a way to turn off receiving text messages. I got the dear in the headlights look. I know that I could dispute these charges by calling T-Mobile. But who wants to be on the phone that long for some change? Suggestions?
