My contract was terminated two weeks early due to circumstances out of my control. I called t-mobile to tell them what happened and that I would be glad to pay the remainder of my contract. They refused me and still insisted that I pay the 200$ termination fee even after explaining to them that this was not my fault. The people from t-mobile refused to work with me at all on this matter. Thanks for the great customer service. I will remember this.
