DON’T BUY FROM SPRINT
2003 phone rebate “DON’T TRUST SPRINT” they will say anything to get you to take their plan. I was told I would get the rebate when I picked up my new phone. But the rebate never came in. Then in January 2004 I called service they then said it would be sent,
Called this September then they said I would NOT get it! I was not paying enough on my contract and it was noted in my records, no one ever told me. DON’T TRUST SPRINT!
Their sales personnel, service personnel are not trust worthy “THEY don’t tell the whole story”. Then as far as being helpful the manager I was talking to (Ivan) just hung up on me.
