I got my last month's cellphone bill, and I found Rogers overcharged me at least 70 dollars.

Can I make two calls at the same time to the same number?
I called the client service , they said it is just a minor computer problem. and I really could not accept their attitude. especilly the so-called "superviser", she said I am afraid we can't do more. .... you have to check your bill all the time".
Oh, my god, "just minor!"
Can you say "sorry?" I am your customer, I give you the money, from which you get your salary!
I checked my bill carefully only this time, coz it is too much. how about the old bills which I did not check carefully. ( I believe once a computer has a problem, it always has!)
I have to check my previous bill!
