I use to be a roger's vip client, digital cable, internet & cell.
I recently canceled the internet & cable and ever since then my cell service has sucked. Calls dropped, voice mail issues ...

Anyone ever heard of this. I figure since they shape internet traffic (skype in particular) I wouldn't put it past them to degrade cell performance.
