Hi Ricrad I have the same problem as you are too at couple of times. Now I have more problem I've been cheated by rogers for more then a year the customer service keep telling me they change my plan as my contract but nothing done only empty promised. Rogers change your plan without notify the customer, look how many customer been lost money from this. I lost my phone the least they can do is to upgrade your contract and pay more activation fee. Hellooooooooooooo there is such a think customer care from Roger???? they cant even give us they customer service manager. anyone who have the same problem with me please e-mail me dirma30@hotmail.com
