Can't Post

I am planning to get a new Nokia N82 which supports HSDPA network. I called Rogers to confirm if the phone I am getting is compatible with the Rogers' Vision Calling network.

I first asked the guy if he knows the HSDPA network, and he said yes, so I continue my question. I told him my question and I just wanted to confirm that N82 is compatible with the Rogers' 3G network.
The guy kept saying Rogers only guarantees its own phones workable in its system, there's no guarantee that the phone you get from outside is compatible with our system.
I asked him why and he told me that maybe the network frequency is different. I followed his answer and asked him if he knew what frequency the HSDPA network uses,
he repeated his first answer, "Rogers only guarantees its own phones workable in its system, there's no guarantee that the phone you get from outside is compatible with our system."
I was like, "wtf". And then I said, "fair enough, bye bye."

I am quite pissed of their "technical support". If he doesn't know the stuff then just tell me "sorry I don't know" like the other rogers staff I called in yesterday. This guy disgraces the company, disgrace our country!!

So, can anyone answer my question? What frequency does the Rogers' HSDPA network use? Thank you
