Wow, is one way to begin to describe it. Let's see , megapixel camera, Bluetooth, camcorder, Real Player media, and oh yeah it's a phone too.

How many other phones from North America carriers can match it in these particulars? Not many.

A pretty impressive fish for Fido to land that's for sure. How does it compare with the Nokia phone that you have now? What's it missing (if anything)?

Fido launches the best-selling Nokia smartphone: the Nokia 6670 Megapixel camera, PDA functions and phone ideal for business and pleasure.

MONTREAL, May 5 /CNW/ - Fido today announced the exclusive launch of the
Nokia 6670 megapixel smartphone in Canada. The elegant design along with the
large screen and multiple business tools make this device the perfect match
for young professionals who are looking to bridge the gap between their
business and social lives. The integrated one megapixel camera with zoom
ensures that photos are crisp enough for use in business presentations or
traditional family photo albums.
"There's definitely a fun factor here. It's not all about work," said
Georgia Genovezos, Director, Device and Product Marketing for Fido. "Picture
being overseas on holiday with this world phone. No need to take along a
digital camera... just take your shots of the family in front of the Eiffel
Tower, post it to the Fido Web site, and create an album in real time for
friends and family back home to see."
For those who need to capture images, the Nokia 6670 has an integrated
digital 4x zoom camera for clear pictures and a photo editor that allows users
to rotate images, and add and edit text instantly onscreen. It also takes up
to 10 minutes of video that can be edited directly on the handset and viewed
using RealPlayer(R).

"From an imaging perspective, the Nokia 6670 has it all: camera, video,
and a large screen for viewing and editing," continued Ms. Genovezos. "It also
has the voice quality and menus that die-hard Nokia fans will appreciate."
The Nokia 6670 imaging smartphone, now available at Fido locations across
Canada and from selected retail partners, is priced at $275 with a Fido
Agreement.
