For many years I have been with Cingular and before that, Cellular One. A good customer, always pay bill on time, and have quite a few phones with them. Now, after all this time, they are trying to tell me that I do not have coverage area in my local calling area. I had the local calling area map in front of me, and told them that I have always had coverage in that area. They refuse to remove the roaming charges, and imply that I have no idea what my area is. Needless to say, I am now switching to Verizon. Did this happen to anyone else?
