My father is threatening to call cingular and get a trascript with everything sent in text messages, meaning everything I said. Is this possible for him to do? If so how can I prevent it?

I don't think this is possible without a court order. They don't give out phone records to just anyone.

There would have to be a court order and I doubt very seriuosly this person wants to go thru the hastle.
