I am planning to get new phone.

Currently my provider is "Cingular" itself.

Phone- Motorola T720.

I'm planning to switch to a new phone from foreign country (Korea)

How can you tell if your compatiable for GSM?

Hi,

Welcome to the forum.

The Motorola T720 phone for Cingular Wireless is for use on GSM/GPRS 850/1900 networks.

But in Korea it will depend on your carrier. I suggest giving them a call and asking them.
