The business market seems to be the target with LOTS of cool new applications being certified for use on Cingular's high speed EDGE network. Probably the most recognizable of these may be Pylon Anywhere -- an obvious direct answer to Sprint's BCPE. Both services give cell users remote access to Microsoft of Lotus email, calendar, contacts , & tasks on a user's PC desktop while they are away from the office or home. While the Cingular report doesn't mention email attachments (an oversight perhaps), it is hard to imagine that Sprint will be left alone to offer that part of the solution. How big an improvement is this for Cingular users? Post your thoughts on it. Is this latest from Cingular going to put you on EDGE as never before?
