Ok soo bell is advertising that plans just got "better" with that stupid er thing on the end of better. I will start by saying, i wanted a number change, took a 20 minute bus to bell, they told me i need to phone it in, bus back, phone, they tell me to go in store, i had to take about 5 trips to get someone who actually knew what they were talking about (and many hours on the phone . . . they really dont know there stuff) Here is the situation, my plan is from aliant and i was told i could move someone keep the plan and just change the number, now that bell mobility is in the picture in order to change my number I must change my plan. Here is the kicker...they will NOT offer me the same things that I have... I get: 270 minutes, unlimited weekends and evenings starting at 6pm, unlimited text, internet, and caller ID, for 40$ approx. after everything (tax and service charges) They told me I would need to spend atleast $20 more to get close.. (close not exact!) The plan I have is $22 (but really 10 but bell is stupid) and there $25 plan (which is more money) is worse! 100 minutes and 1000 weekend starting at 9pm...what the hell? I phoned many times, they are very reluctant to get a supervisor and in most cases the supervisor talks THROUGH the customer service person, and you dont get a call back if you are told you would. So now i am stuck in a area were I can only call people, if someone calls me it is long distance for me and them. . . another kicker? they gave me voicemail for some trouble issues . . . but guess what? It is long distance for me to phone my voicemail! Bell Mobility plans definately did NOT just get better. They got "shitter" with the cool blue er on the end . . .
