Watch out with bell "corporate plans"! I work at the University of Toronto and Bell Mobility said they'd offer me a plan that is the same as the corporate plan - a very good deal, better than the competitors in unlimited minutes and discounts.
BUT 6 months into the plan (I foolishly signed a 3 yr contract), I got a letter from Cameron McGuaig, VP Client Care, explaining they made a mistake and the discounts were given to me in error. They were ...pleased to advise [me] that no retroactive charges will be applied...
This is after the Bell salesman (in the Toronto Eatons Centre) actually wrote out what charges and discounts I would get and what I was charged on my first 5 bills.
This has been going on for some time - a co-worker was also stung by this, exactly 6 months after she signed up too, about 3 months before I signed up.
So watch out! Do not accept any corporate rates from Bell - they'll pull the rug out from under you!
