I was a happy Bell customer for 3 YEARS until 2 months ago! Suddenly in March, my bill went from around $75 per month (including tax; it's been this amount FOR 3 YEARS) to $171. April's bill was $180! I called them asking what the hell, & they said that I only have unlimited calling after 8pm. I've been a customer for 3 years w/ unlimited calling after 6pm, & I asked when the change was made & why it was made w/o my consent. The ******* representative named Tracy said that 2 months ago I added text messaging to my plan, & that was a verbal agreement to change my plan from unlimited after 6pm to unlimited after 8pm, since the plan I used to have is no longer available. I told her that's ridiculous, I never intended to change ANYTHING about my plan except to add yet another service, & to give me back my old plan! Of course, ******* Tracy said she couldn't do that. Furthermore, there was a charge on my March bill for $17.25 for mobile browsing. I've never used it before! On one day it showed that I logged in to mobile browsing 24 times in under 2 hours - obviously that never happened! Like anyone would ever do that! I asked ******* Tracy to take that charge off my bill, b/c if you look on my 3 YEARS of account information, I've NEVER used the service, & I never used it that month either. She said that even though it's obvious that I didn't use the service, there's nothing that she can do, & I can just go ahead & pay the $17.25. ******* ********! STAY AWAY FROM BELL MOBILITY! Oh, also, the computers in their retail locations haven't worked during 5 of the 7 visits I've made to their store in the past 2 months, & the salespeople refuse to even talk to you if they don't have their precious computers working. Again, STAY AWAY FROM BELL MOBILITY!
