Worst phone service on the planet. Worst customer service on the planet. It is like the customer service personal are specially trained to be assholes. Here are some of my experiences: I live in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, a border town. Both phones that I have had activated picked up a tower from the USA even though I had the network set for home. I suspected this the first time before I got my bill because it seemed to be treating my phone calls like they were long distance. An hour and a half trying to get some information on this. Rude customer service after another. Two hung up on me because I refused to accept that it wasn't happening. On hold for most of the 1 1/2 hours. Best I held in there and refused to hang up until I spoke to someone as I was being told all lines were busy I would get the next available line While on hold for the that time my wife came home and called the number and got through while I was still waiting on hold. Oh ya, got the bill and was charged $100 for roaming charges from a tower in the US. Ultimatley refunded. Activatied a new phone because I lost my original and told the person activating the phone my concerns from my original activation. He insisted it couldn't happen even though it already had. I was treated like I was a moron. ( I have 3 university degreees and am a highschool science and technology teacher. ) He works behind the counter at the Bell store. Charge $57 roaming off US tower and apparently not eligible for a refund because I had already received the "one time " refund. (As if it was my fault their technology didn't work.) In addition I was charged $47 for data usage and I do't have a browser on the phone. They claimed there records showed I had tethered the phone and used it as a modem for my laptop. My laptop never leaves my house and and already have hifi. If it had of changed wehn plugged in I would have known about it via my computer. The customer service guy didn't have a clue what I was talking about but insisted I owed the money. My favourite response: "Well I am not calling you a liar and I hope your not calling me one so lets just agree to disagree". Translation- you still have to pay the fee for a service that we marked as being used whether you did or not. 10 months left in hell. PLEASE DON'T BECOME A BELL VICTIM
