Recently received a pre-recorded messsage on my cell phone from bell mobility telling me that I was over $100. past due on my account. Since this is over three months of $, it seemed ridiculous. Any smart company would have warned the customer before and then cut off the customer at that point. Problem is, I have been paying my cell bills monthly and the checques have been deposited by bell in their account. Just how stupid does this get ? From past experiences with bell and its so called companies, I have found them to have 'acute I don't give a damn about the little guy syndrome'. Sure, they will most probably refund you the overpayment if you send one in, but only after having used your money for as long as they feel will be tolerated by us dummies.
