Bell did the same thing to me too! Though luckily it wasn't for as much money. Normally I'm signed up to a plan where they deduct $30 a month for evenings and weekends. I checked my credit card statement and found two deductions, two days apart for $65 each! I called Bell and spoke to an operator who admitted they'd made a mistake - something must have happened with their computer system because they had all of my old address information on file even though I know they had my current address they also had randomly increased the amount of my automatic deduction. When they finally refunded my money they credited it to my account, not to my credit card. I had no idea until I finally checked weeks later - of course with Bell Solo mobility you only have around 30 days to use any money in your account before it expires - and even though I never would have used that much money on my account, now I can't because it's expired. I sumbitted an e-mail to them weeks ago and have not heard back despite the fact that the website guarantees that I'll be contacted in 2 business days. I'm currently on hold with them, and have been for the last 36 minutes, trying to cancel my account. How else am I supposed to stop them from automatically withdrawing money every month if I can't get a hold of them???
