Well, here is my amazing story about Bell Mobility. I own a Mid-size company in Toronto. About 16 months ago, I recieved what I thought was a godsend. I was with Cantel at the time, and for any of you that have been with cantel, you know my pain (Horrible customer service, and even worse reception)if only Ted Rogers knew what was going on there, I cancelled my Jays tickets because I cannot be associated with those people. Anyhow this fax prompted me to call Bell. I called Bell and in a matter of minutes locked into a deal. I was given 8 lines and was to pay 50 dollars per phone for unlimited calling. I aslo had a line in Calgary in this group. Everything was Picture perfect for 16 months, there were a couple of billing glitches when they switched there system but nothing terrible. Well the long and short of it is I called Bell yesterday to fix my bill, and they told me that the agent who set up my deal was mistaken and they were going to, effecive immediately take off my deal on the calgary phone, and as of November take of the toronto deal. The calgary line was a Canada wide line that I negotiated in the begginning. While the Bell Rep admitted I had this plan, he said that "Bell can do what they want". I told him I would cancel, and he happily chirped that I would be subject to the cancellation fee. My question is WHY? I really enjoyed Bells service and don't know why they did this except that apparently Bell and Cantel are a little more bold since Fido was bought out by Cantel and they are dumping on unlimited clients. I will Leave Bell and use a service like Skype for pennies.
