I have a Samsung x-427 with Cingular service, and no internet access. I purchased a cable awhile ago to connect it to my computer, allowing me to download ringtones to my computer and transfer it over to the phone. The problem is, I can't find any websites with the capability to allow you to download it; most send directly to the phone. Does anyone know of any sites that would work with my cable?
