Two things. Who is you service provider? If it is ATT, then you need to get a new phone. There are two different frequencies of GSM service in North America (1900 and 850). The ATT T68i only has 1900mHz inside phone. You will only get signal around major cities and not inside buildings. The lower frequency (850 mHz) will travel further and pentrate deeper into buildings. Second, your phone may be playing out on you. If you get a new phone jsut discuss the frequency issue with your sales rep. Most phones now are both 1900 and 850 capable. Good Luck!
