bluefrogmobile.com has a "test your phone free" section that will give you a free ringtone or wallpaper when you test. I have a 618, which is on their list and I received teh ringtone, but when I went to get it, it said error. They havent seen this before and are actibvely looking into it so that it doesnt happen again.. but does anyone know what could cause something like this.
