Everything about the phone has the right idea. Two monitors, color vision, graphics, sound, and user friendliness. But needs to be upped a notch in every aspect. More volume first of all. Not loud at all even at its peak volume. The voice recorder is nice and all but useless because it is so dang quiet. Any phone at its hightest volume should be annoyingly loud. This one seems to be tripping on its skirt (no offense ladies). I think the graphics are pretty good but couldn't totally tell because the screen is so darn small. I also felt like I was going to break the thing if I flipped it open or held it to my ear. Very lightweight plastic and too many parts that aren't suppose to budge, budged a little too much. Also, Siemens is a European based company. So when I was trying to retrieve updates and downloads for the actual phone off the Siemens website I would have had to dial over to Europe and junk like that. Imagine how much that would cost? Anyone looking to get a similar phone within the same price range I recommend the Samsung e105. thats what I did and am completely happy with my decision. Infact it has even more and better features than the Siemens.
