Hello,
My daughters cell phone which is a Sprint Sanyo 8200 camera and speakerphone, suddenly stop working when she took it to a phone store they stated that she needed a new battery which she brought and a new charger when she came home she plugged it in and it proceeded to charge about 20 minutes later her phone went black, we tried different outlets in the house to test to see if it was the outlet, which it wasn't her bill is paid, so it didn't get cut off, and even it it did it would still be able to be charged, Can you please help us find out what happened to her phone, or what we can do???, her phone has been dropped a couple of times but not on a hard surface enough to damage the inside. She is driving me crazy HELP!!!!!
