Sanyo PCS 8100 Free Data to Go run around

I bought a Sanyo 8100 in April 04, applied online for the free Data to Go package Bell offered. Two weeks ago, I asked the store where I purchased the phone why it was taking so long to get it. (- more than the expected time.)
1.They told me to call Bell Mobility.
2. Bell Mobility told me that since it was ordered online, I would have to go to the website and send an email.
3. I sent an email to Bell's website, they wrote back that "a separate Customer Service Department manages Bell Mobility's online store" and they would have someone call me.
4. The person that called told me that they could not handle the request since it was a special promotion, but had to call Sanyo.
5. Sanyo told me it was not their promotion, but Bell's so call a different number for Bell Customer Service.
6. These folk told me to email the website. (info@sanyo8100freeoffer.com)
7. My internet Postmaster advised me today that the email address I was given does not work.

A Sanyo Rep told me that Bell has a habit of offering items but not ordering enough product to supply the demand.

Is that why I am getting this seven step run-around?

What can I do?
