i have a samsung picture phone that got wet. i can retrieve all informationa and use all features, except calling. it shows the message "off-line mode." sprint has been no help with repair ideas. any ideas for getting it "on-line?"
Did you ever get a fix for this problem? My phone has the same problem but it came out of the box new and Sprint can't help me. I'd appreciate any help you can give.
