Hello,

Ok, love my new mobile SGH-D500, however have something bugging me.

SMS - how do you insert characters such as brackets in SMS, it seems really limited in the options, dont think it shows colons either!!!

Hope it's just me!!

Please help, thanks.

The D500 has four modes for entering text:

ABC mode which supports a few common characters such as period comma question mark etc by pressing the 1 key

T9 mode

number mode

symbol mode which has probably most of the other characters you are looking for.

Looks like lots of other cool features on this phone including some neat MMS editing, Bluetooth and IR (wow it's not even a Nokia) , hope you enjoy it. Keep us updated.
