If you bought it new in Feb, it should be still under warranty. Take it in for a diagnostic check. Has it been exposed to any unusual circumstances ( water, dropped or thrown, excessive heat or cold, chemicals, etc.) Any event seem to trigger this (adding new software, reconfiguring the menu, use of any new codes etc) ?
