I have model SPH-A620 and bought it back in February. All of the sudden it's doing two major bad things - one is it goes straight to camera when I turn it on - the second is I can't do any scrolling. I hope someone can help me.
If you bought it new in Feb, it should be still under warranty. Take it in for a diagnostic check. Has it been exposed to any unusual circumstances ( water, dropped or thrown, excessive heat or cold, chemicals, etc.) Any event seem to trigger this (adding new software, reconfiguring the menu, use of any new codes etc) ?
