I have a Samsung S400i that shows "charging" but it's not plugged in!

Even if I turn the phone OFF and no AC or USB charger plugged in, the big battery pic comes on and shows charging with the animated red, orange yellow lines displayed.

Wierd stuff - anyone got any clues please?
