I am returning my E720 as I have had sound problems with it. My question is how can I make 100% sure I have all my inputted data and settings saved?. If I keep the sim card will EVERYTHING be on it or will ANYTHING be kept on an internal memory.
*IF* anything will be kept/stored on an internal memory, can I keep it somehow or delete it afterwards?.
Basically what I want to do is keep everything with the shop getting back a COMPLETELY EMPTY phone.
I will be swapping this for a D500 :-)
