Hi everybody.
I am new to this forum.
I have a Samsung D415 Cell. When I slid to open the cell; the LCD turns blank. During this I do receive calls. But due to the LCD blank I can’t access any other functions on it. The funny thing happens when I keep it in the refrigerator for almost 30minitits and turn it on it works fine. But ten minuets later it goes blank again.
Can any body help me pleases.

Thank you,

Hi Moonjunction,

Not sure how you found out that it works after putting it in the fridge. That's funny.

If the LCD is going out due to heat being generated by the phone, perhaps the LCD is in need of replacement. Is the phone still under warranty?

Thanks teleguy; for your reply.
Yes the phone is still under warranty. I did contact T moble regarding this problem and they did send me a phone a week later. Guess what; a day later, the other phone turned out to have the same problem. This time I called Samsung as well and they too have no explanation why this is happening.

Perhaps they got a bad batch of LCDs.

Maybe try a different model. Hope you find something else you like.

Let us know if they let you trade it in again without a problem and how they take care of your problem.
