An tiny inspirational tale this Sunday afternoon…
Meet 37-year feeble Elise Fernandez - Halle Berry’s body double in the upcoming thriller,Cheap Polo Shirts Shadowy Tide, currently shooting in South Africa.
Fernandez, a Cape Town native, has cancer,Zumba Fitness and she’s planning on paying for her mastectomy with the money she earns as Halle’s body double in the film – her first job in months;Moncler Vêtements actually,Nike Air Max Shoes she began work on the film just 4 days after having had surgery to remove a lump from her correct breast!
“I got the voice-mail message on my phone as I woke up after coming out of the hospital… It meant that I would hold only four days to recover,Discount Windows 7 but I was desperate for the money,” she said.
Elise is said to be an aspiring documentary filmmaker,Cheap Polo Shirts as well as a part-time singer,Abercrombie Fitch and she’s reportedly worked in the local South African film industry for 10 years. She was diagnosed with cancer in 2008, and has 2 sons.
“I had finished a scene and went to the make-up trailer to hold my wig taken off, and there was Halle Berry. She was having her wig taken off, too.True Religion Jeans She turned around and said, ‘Oh my God, you’re my body double. Hi, I’m Halle… So I greeted her. She asked me about my day, what I had filmed. And after that she went on and on about my dimples. She was like,Nike Shoes ‘Look! You’ve got two dimples on each side’.Acrobat 9 And she wanted to know if they race in the family, whether my mom had them too and so on… Halle supports women’s health. She was genuinely interested in my True Religion Jeans journey and wanted to know how long I had been suffering from breast cancer,” said Fernandez.
She also said that Halle gave support to Journey of Hope,Women Disco Becky Big T a local charity for cancer survivors.
Berry apparently has 2 doubles in the film – an underwater free-diving expert Hanli Prinsloo, as well as Hernandez,Ugg Classic Boots who is standing in for most of Halle’s driving scenes, as tourists gawk at her, thinking she is Halle.
